Our standard rental includes up to 6 hours of event time. Additional time may be available upon request.
We typically deliver 30–90 minutes before your event start time and pick up within 60 minutes after your event ends. Exact delivery windows are coordinated in advance to ensure smooth execution of your birthday party or event.
Yes. The person listed on the reservation must be present to review the rental agreement and safety guidelines. If another adult will be present instead, please notify us in advance.
Cleanliness & Insurance
Yes. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized with child-safe solutions, and inspected before delivery. Cleanliness and safety are a top priority for all birthday parties and events.
Yes. We carry General Liability Insurance through an A-rated insurance carrier.
Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are available for parks, schools, churches, and corporate events upon request.

Setup & Space Requirements
We require:
- At least 5 feet of clearance on all sides
- A flat, debris-free surface
- Safe distance from branches and overhead lines
For safety reasons, we do not install inflatables on gravel, dirt lots, sand without proper anchoring, rooftops, decks, or elevated surfaces.
Bounce houses require:
- 120v outlet
- 20amp dedicated circuit
- Within 100 feet of the setup area
Payment & Deposits
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your rental date. The remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery.
We accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp.
Delivery, park permits, generators, attendants, and extended rental times may incur additional charges depending on your event setup and location. All pricing is clearly outlined before checkout.
Safety Guidelines
Safety is our top priority for all birthday party rentals and inflatable events.

- No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects
- No flips, wrestling, or rough play
- Do not move the inflatable after setup
- Keep participants away from the blower area
Attendants are not included by default but may be available upon request for larger events, school functions, and corporate gatherings.
Have all participants exit immediately. Check the power source and circuit breaker. If needed, contact us immediately for assistance.
Weather Policy
Inflatables cannot operate in rain or winds exceeding 15mph.
If unsafe weather conditions exist before delivery, we offer a full refund or rain check.
If weather changes after delivery, safety procedures must be followed. Refunds are not issued once equipment has been delivered and set up.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled at any time.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 7 days receive event credit valid for 12 months.

Most of our inflatables are designed for children ages 3 and up. Certain units may have height or age restrictions. We can recommend the best option based on your guest list.
Each inflatable has a maximum occupancy rating based on size and weight limits. We provide these guidelines at delivery to ensure safe use.
Yes. We offer a wide variety of themed inflatables including popular character themes, sports themes, princess castles, and obstacle courses for birthday parties in Chicago.
Some larger inflatables and obstacle courses are rated for teens and adults. Ask us which units are appropriate for mixed-age events.
Normal wear is expected. However, damage caused by prohibited items (silly string, food, sharp objects, pets, etc.) may result in repair or cleaning fees.
Yes. All inflatables are properly anchored using stakes or weighted sandbags based on surface type. Safety anchoring is required for all setups.
Yes. If availability permits, we are happy to reschedule your event to a new date.
