Q. How far in advance should I book my birthday party rental?
To secure your preferred inflatable and date, we encourage early reservations.

Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We provide bounce house rentals and party equipment throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs.If you're unsure whether we service your location, contact us and we’ll confirm delivery availability.
Q. How long is the rental period?
A. Our standard rental includes up to 6 hours of event time. Additional time may be available upon request.Q. What time will my rental be delivered and picked up?
We typically deliver 30-90 minutes before your event start time and pick up within 60 minutes after your event ends. Exact delivery windows are coordinated in advance to ensure smooth execution of your birthday party or event.Q. Do I need to be present at delivery?
A. Yes. The person listed on the reservation must be present to review the rental agreement and safety guidelines. If another adult will be present instead, please notify us in advance.Cleanliness & Insurance
Q. Are your bounce houses clean and sanitized?
A. Yes. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized with child-safe solutions, and inspected before delivery. Cleanliness and safety are a top priority for all birthday parties and events.Q. Is TheJumperStore insured?
A. Yes. We carry General Liability Insurance through an A-rated insurance carrier.Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are available for parks, schools, churches, and corporate events upon request.
Q. Can you set up at a park or forest preserve in Chicago?
A. Yes. Many customers host birthday parties and family events at Chicago parks.Please note:
• Most parks require a permit
• A Certificate of Insurance may be required
• A generator may be necessary if electrical outlets are unavailable
We can assist with insurance documentation and generator rentals if needed.
Setup & Space Requirements
Q. How much space is required?
We require:
• At least 5 feet of clearance on all sides• A flat, debris-free surface
• Safe distance from branches and overhead lines
We can set up on grass, pavement, turf, or indoors.
Q. Can you set up on gravel?
A. For safety reasons, we do not install inflatables on gravel, dirt lots, sand without proper anchoring, rooftops, decks, or elevated surfaces.Q. What type of power is required?
A.Bounce houses require:
• 120v outlet
• 20amp dedicated circuit
• Within 100 feet of the setup area
If a dedicated outlet is unavailable, portable generators are available for rent.
Payment & Deposits
Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Yes. A 50% deposit secures your rental date. The remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery.Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp.Q. Are there any additional fees?
A. Delivery, park permits, generators, attendants, and extended rental times may incur additional charges depending on your event setup and location. All pricing is clearly outlined before checkout.Safety Guidelines
Safety is our top priority for all birthday party rentals and inflatable events.Key safety requirements include:
• Adult supervision at all times
• Follow maximum occupancy guidelines
• No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects
• No flips, wrestling, or rough play
• Do not move the inflatable after setup
• Keep participants away from the blower area
The renter is responsible for supervising participants throughout the event.
Q. Do you provide attendants?
A. Attendants are not included by default but may be available upon request for larger events, school functions, and corporate gatherings.Q. What should I do if the blower stops?
A. Have all participants exit immediately. Check the power source and circuit breaker. If needed, contact us immediately for assistance.Weather Policy
Q. What happens if there is rain or high winds?
Inflatables cannot operate in rain or winds exceeding 15mph.
If unsafe weather conditions exist before delivery, we offer a full refund or rain check.
If weather changes after delivery, safety procedures must be followed. Refunds are not issued once equipment has been delivered and set up.
We reserve the right to cancel deliveries due to unsafe weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled at any time.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 7 days receive event credit valid for 12 months.
